Executive Director

Jay is the Executive Director of Envision. He oversees the day-to-day operation of the Eye Donation and transplantation program, Idaho Lions Vision Clinic, Health Care Assistance Fund, Lions Hearing Aid Bank, Lions Eyeglass Recycling and the Lions vision and hearing screenings. Jay has been a member of the Lions Club for over 20 years and is a Lions Past District Governor and Past Council Chairman for Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon. Jay is dedicated to impacting sight, hearing and health in our communities, nationally and globally.
